Nice apartment, & only 6 blocks from campus and 2 blocks from downtown! There is a brand new stove(this year), and also newer cabinets, counters and fridge in the kitchen! Decent size bedrooms and closets. You pay electric and cable/internet and the landlord's pay the rest!
