I am graduating this semester and I wish that I could stay in here until my lease is up, but I can't. This apartment is located on Pugh and Beaver Ave, right on top of the CVS, hence the name. It's also conveniently located next to Mad Mex and the CATA bus stop. The monthly rent for Spring and Summer semesters will run you $650 excluding cable/internet and electricity. Parking is transferable and it's right behind the apartment (which is a very awesome spot). Since I will be graduating this semester, I won't be needing the bed, tables, futon, and extra futon mattress. I don't know the exact square footage of the apartment, but it is very, very spacious for being a studio apartment. There is a semi-bedroom, which is pretty much like a bedroom with only 3 walls. There are six closets in this apartment, four regular sized, one walk in, and one bathroom closet. The bathroom is a bit tiny, but you'll get used to it. This apartment is literally minutes away from the HUB and seconds away from a bus stop.
