The apartment is located 3 block past Breese Terrace, close to Camp Randall and Engineering Campus. It's in a quiet neighborhood.
This apartment was recently renovated, with plenty of cabinets in the kitchen, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave, and oven. The kitchen has a massive breakfast bar, living and kitchen have wooden floors, while the bedroom has carpeting and the bathroom is tiled flooring. You would be living with one other girl, she is super nice and very respectful and clean.
Internet is included, if you want cable you will have to pay between $30-50 depending on the cable provider, heating is included, only electricity ($20-$45/month) and a water bill ($11/month) would need to be paid. I have already paid for January and February rent but you can move in January before the semester starts. The lease will be from January to August 2012. There is laundry located on site.
