University Village Apartments, 5 minute walk from FSU campus. 4 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with living room, full kitchen with dishwasher, and private laundry room(washer and dryer). Free internet and free cable, available both in the living room and in each private bedroom. Each bedroom has a full-size bed, desk, dresser, and LARGE closet. Apartment complex has police patrol at night for security (safest complex I've ever seen), and the maintenance staff, especially Elliot, are incredible. We did a lot of research before renting this place. It's the best price you can get for a large, clean apartment so close to campus. Night Nole, Engineering School Bus, and FSU buses stop directly in front of complex, just 1 minute walk from your apartment door. Across the street from a gas station, a CVS, and a slew of restaurants. Convenient access to the trail leading to the Doak Stadium, maybe a 10 minute walk. I have 3 very quiet, studious roommates.
