Downstairs of duplex, 1321 Oregon Ave. Right around the corner from FUS. As this is a duplex, and the upstairs had been rented to a Franciscan University student, I prefer a compatible tenant--students or quiet person.
Landlord (FUS alum) maintains this property well.
Newer furnace, Energy Star windows, newer hot water heater. 4th bedroom is in basement (though it has a duct, need an extra heater for the winter). Sec 8 accepted but rent is $450. Non Sec 8 pays discounted rate of $390.
You pay all utilities.
MUST have good REAL references; I'm tired of evicting!
Deposit same as rent; both due up front.
Common laundry area, separate washer/dryer hookups in basement (First floor tenants occupies basement bedroom). Washer and dryer available to rent (ask).
Newly remodeled, very clean!
Possible that 1 cat or SMALL dog allowed but with $200 extra deposit; I must interview the pet.
