I am going to be studying abroad this spring, so I need to sublease my apartment. I live with three other girls who all go to UF. The rent is $459, and utilities are included. In the apartment, there is a washer and dryer, a patio, a full sized bed which has extra storage underneath, your own bathroom, a built in desk, and the rooms have private locks. There is also two tennis courts, two pools, two basketball courts, two volleyball courts, a 24-hour fitness center, putting green, a computer lab, jogging trail, soccer / football field, and tanning beds.
