· building flexibility and strength, eliminating muscular tensions and energy blocks to promote physical health;
· expanding and regulating the prana (qi or vital energy) to restore balance in the nervous system and promote mental clarity;
· stress management, improving concentration and promoting emotional balance and inner peace.
