Every instrument plays better when set up with precision calibration equipment
such as the Peterson Strobe Tuner used for analyzing frequencies on any
stringed instrument, radius gauges, Luthier's digital calipers and other
specific and essential tools of the trade.
Our $25 basic acoustic set-up includes:
1. String change
2. Truss Rod adjustment
3. Bracing inspection
Complete Stop Tail (non tremolo) set-ups are $40 and include:
1. String change
2. 2 part fingerboard hydration system
3. Polish and inspect frets
4. Tighten all hardware
5. Fill any stripped screw holes
6. Clean and inspect electronics
7. Set bridge height / radius
8. Truss rod adjustment
9. Set intonation
10. Clean and wax entire finish
11. Test play
Floyd Rose type or (locking tremolo) set-ups are $50 and include the same
services noted above plus balance bridge / springs.
