I'm subleasing my room from January to beginning of May because I'll be away for an internship. I live with one other girl who's very kind and easy to get along with. The complex itself is very quiet since many families and graduate students live in it. It is pet friendly with a fee. The rent is all inclusive, and the electricity is capped at $30. The apartment is fully furnished with no extra charge. It also includes a washer and dryer and is on the first floor.
