I'm going to Japan in February and I need someone to take over my lease as soon as possible so I can start saving up money.
It's a nice apartment literally right across the street from north hall. It's even close enough to pick up north hall's Internet.
Rent is 400 per month plus utilities, and my cable/Internet bill is only $10 because I split it with my neighbors above me. I'm positive
