Looking for a subleasor for 1 bedroom in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment starting on Dec 1, 2011. This sublease would run fro December to July. The apartment is great! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are really nice. The building is really safe and has an intercom system that is used to see who is at the door and to let them into the building.
You could have one other roommate and pay $315/ person a month or you could pay $630 a month to have both rooms for yourself or your family. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building, is spacious, has a lot of storage, and also has a balcony. This is a great apartment to make into a home.
There are a lot of families that live in this complex but it is rarely noisy. There is no bus stop at the complex but there is one about 1.5 blocks up in front of the high school. It is less than 5 minutes from CMU Campus when driving and less than 10 mins on bike.
