The Apartment is only a short bike ride away from Fry st, and the Square. The Rec is right behind the apartments, and school you can either walk or take the bus to the other side (no more looking for parking!) Everything is basically near, you will wonder why have a car in the first place! :P I love it here, but my job is taking my out of the city so I will no longer be able to live here. This will be considered a take over lease. The lease ends in May, so it will be up to you to re-lease or if you are simply not happy you are off the hook then. The pricing is a bit lower than what they seem to be going for now. So that means if you do stay and sign the lease for another year most likely you can continue at this rate. If you do think this is the place you can move as soon as November begins, December or January, there is a transfer fee off of $25.
