The room will be available for rent on December 18th. It is a nice sized room that has a full closet with shelves and enough room to fit a Queen size bed with room to walk around. The bed and two pieces of furniture (a small night stand and a large four drawer dresser ) are available for purchase. As said above the rent is $725 not including electricity and internet which usually comes out to another $50. There is also a parking spot available and we have a garage which we all share. The garage price is $145 a month split three ways and you can then keep extra belongings( bikes, skateboards, furniture, etc.) in the garage as well as switching off with another roommate with your car. You would be living with two other male college students. A 22 and 23 yr old. One is graduating this December but is sticking around for the rest of the year and the other is a senior graduating in May. We are looking for someone in the same age range to fill the spot and please do not respond if you are older than 25.
