I have a one bedroom for sublet/rent starting Dec 1st through August 15th 2012(move in date is negotiable). Located in the Dayton Square Apartments, right downtown! The address is 415 West Johnson St, Madison WI.
Dayton Square amenities include a swimming pool, workout room, heat included and coin laundry on each floor. Here is the link to their site. http://www.daytonsquareapts.com/ I pay from $30 -$40 for internet, gas and electric, which will bring the total amount to $415.00 at most! It is nice that the heat is included so no pricing will change.
The bedroom is 9 by 15 feet. There is an 8 foot closet that I recently put in, as you can see in the picture I posted. **The picture of the apartment layout is very confusing on the website and doesn't show our apartment with the second bedroom upstairs.
