I've lived here for over 2 years. It's a great place, my roommates and neighbors all get along well. The apartment is on the first floor. There are 4 bedrooms and the other rooms are currently occupied. The only utility bill is electricity which usually costs between $35-$45 per renter. Each renter has a private bathroom and storage closet. There is a washer/dryer and a flat screen TV in the living room with a PS3 and Xbox. All rooms are fully furnished. Pets are allowed. I do not smoke, but my roommates do not mind smokers.

I need to be out of this apartment by January but I would like to move out as soon as graduation. There is a fee for transferring the lease which I'm willing to pay half of. Email me any questions you may have.
