Hello! We are looking for someone to sublet our large 1 bedroom apartment in Wauwatosa. It has a large living room/dining room combination, galley kitchen, large master bedroom with huge closet, full bathroom off master, and half bathroom off living room. There is a lot of storage, and a storage locker included in rent. There is a very nice balcony for you to relax and have a small garden on. The kitchen is updated with a garbage disposal and dish washer. There is central air, and FREE unlimited heat (you control temp).
There is a large surface parking lot, and you can pay an extra fee for underground heated parking. There is a club house that can be rented for events, a free gym, and a really nice in-ground pool in the summer with lots of lounge chairs and a locker room with showers.
Dogs and cats are allowed, no restrictions except 3 animals per unit. The pet fee is $30 first pet, $10 each additional.
