I am subleasing one bedroom/bathroom in a 2 BR/BA suite-style apartment in Riverbend Club Apartments. The room has a smaller study section on one side and the bedroom on the other. On the bedroom side is the bathroom and walk-in closet. The apartment was renovated about a year and a half ago with granite counter tops and new appliances, including High Efficiency washer and dryer. The apartment is close to campus and the College Station Kroger and shopping centers. The complex does not allow pets, but if you have a guide dog or are training a future guide dog accommodations may be made through the Leasing Office. The complex has a salt water pool and and work out facility as well. I have enjoyed living here, but the commute to my new job is not feasible.
November's rent is FREE for you! The sublease is available from now until August 2012, a lease takeover option is also available.
