I am looking to sublease my room in a 4/2 apartment for spring and summer. The University Center apartments are less than 1/4 mile away from Doak Campbell Stadium which makes for an easy walk to school. NO NEED TO PARK ON CAMPUS! The Seminole Express bus system (Tomahawk) even stops right near the apartments making for an even easier commute to campus. $495 covers rent, part of utilities, internet, AND the furniture package (Common room furniture, not bedroom). We pay about an extra $20 per person (3 roommates) for cable TV since the service is separate. There is also an extra study room (size of one bedroom) for all 3 roommates to share.
