I'm subleasing my lovely apartment starting January 1. I'll be moving out after finals, so you're more than welcome to move in early in December and get a few weeks free. My lease includes all utilities, internet, walk in closet, full private bathroom, and is fully furnished. Oh, and it's on the first floor! (Security guards are here all night, there haven't been any problems) The other three rooms are occupied by some awesome ladies who are very easy going, quiet, and clean.
