The Apartment is located within Holly Street Village Apartments (/?14dd2600/ ) which is one of the nicest complexes in Pasadena. Take a look of pictures on the website for your convenience and you will see how nice it is.
Rent is $1080/month, you would have your own room and bathroom, and utilities run about an additional $80 a month (internet, cable, electric) per person. I've fully furnished the living room, dining room and kitchen so the only furniture you would need is for your own room, there is a twin bed included in your room if you want. Parking is underneath the building in a gated garage.
