Need a place to live in Madison for the spring? I will be studying abroad, so my apartment is available to sublet. Located on the first floor of the Frances Apartments between the Kohl Center and the Nitty Gritty, this apartment is only minutes from campus, State St., and the Capitol. There are bus lines nearby on Johnson St. and University Ave. The apartment building is quiet and furniture (bed, dresser, kitchen table, desk, three chairs, couch, and two lamps) are included, though these items may be taken out by the apartment company and stored in the basement by request. This is a one bedroom with living room/dining area. Laundry machines are in the basement and are quarter operated. Rent can be paid in the office room down the hall. Heat and water are included.
