I am graduating in December and am looking to rent my room in a 4bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom townhouse on Pheasant Run Dr. I WILL PAY ALL FEE'S that apply to switching over the lease and will also pay Decembers rent if you are interested in moving in late December after fall semester ends
The rent is $325 plus utilities (water, electricity, and cable/internet).
It is a nice townhouse with new carpets, new appliances, an extra room that is off of the living room which we use as a lounge area, a downstairs bathroom, nice full size washer/dryer, spacious kitchen/ living room, outside patio and porch. Three other guys live there as well.
**one of my roommates is also graduating in December so if you and a friend are looking to move in together, there may be another room available too**
The neighborhood has a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, and easy access to the BT route
