Utilities are separate but are split three ways. wifi and cable are included. My roommates are awesome and very welcoming. Even though there are 4 bedrooms only 3 girls live here. The living room and kitchen are spacious with a washer and dryer. Plenty of storage space throughout the apartment. The apartment complex is jefferson 26. very close to campus
