Hello! I need someone to take over my lease that ends in May 2012. I'm looking for someone to move-in as soon as possible -- I'll work with you!

You don't have to pay any deposits when you move in, just the application fee, which is $75. Pets are welcome! I've already paid the pet deposit, too. Whenever you move out, you will get all the deposits I paid when I moved in.
I've lived in the apartment for over two years and I've really liked it. I have to move to another city, otherwise I would stay!
