AAC will come out and perform a 16 point maintenance inspection/tune up on your AC system. We will check: Freon and operating pressures, check amp draws of the two fan motors and compressor, test capacitors, test and check contactor for pitting and wear, check indoor and outdoor coils for dirt build up, check unit seal to prevent air loss, check disconnect and tighten lugs, check fuses, check wiring and tighten all wire connections, check condensation drain lines, calibrate thermostat if non digital, change air filter if needed.
