Move into your own private cottage on back of the parcel of land right behind the main building. This little cottage is almost like a little vacation home or some call it a coach house, single family bungalow, lodge, chateau or chalet. With this unit included with the rent you get the entire 2nd and 3rd floors.
There is a brand new porch and stair system which goes up the the 2nd level which is your living area. The porch is nice to sit on in the summertime and keep and eye on your pets and enjoy your yard.
Inside is 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with an enclosed front porch (separate from the outside porch). The bedroom floors are hardwood floors & a small bathroom with a tub and shower is off of the kitchen. The 3rd level is a big attic which is only to be used for storage space.
